You might be unsure of what to start with when you decide it's time to sell your house. Here is a step-by-step checklist of everything you need to do.

Step 1. Contact Taysmond Real Estate by giving us a call or sending an email. We will require access to the property in order to conduct an inspection and, if necessary, an evaluation. High quality wide angle photos and video can be supplied by you or taken for free by our photographer. For the photo session, the property must be neat and clutter-free.

We need the following details in order to market your property:

• Location and property number;

• Total area covered, plot size;

• Quantity of bathrooms and bedrooms;

• Year your property was built;

• Selling price, how flexible you are to negotiate;

• Additional features, such as the pool (size, heated or non-heated, cover, etc.), the barbeque/summer kitchen, the Jacuzzi, the tennis court, the underfloor heating, the security system, the gym, the wine cellar, etc.;

• Current status of the property, including whether it is vacant, occupied or rented out.

Step 2. An electronic or hard copy of the marketing agreement must be signed, and specific directions must be provided for visiting the property with clients. You have two options: leave the key at our office or give instructions on how to set up property viewings.

Step 3. Once the property is listed, we will begin marketing it to our extensive international clientele, ensuring maximum market exposure and reaching the greatest number of potential buyers.

Step 4. After each property viewing, you will receive detailed feedback.

Step 5. Once all of the conditions have been negotiated and accepted, and a client is ready to close the deal, we will sign a reservation agreement with the purchaser and collect a deposit.

Step 6. Following receipt of a deposit, your lawyers may contact the buyer's lawyer to finalize the transaction.
