1. TRY BEFORE BUY Promotion Campaign (hereinafter TRY BEFORE BUY) is offered by Taysmond Real Estate (P. Pericleous Real Estate, A.M. 1053, A.A. 489/E).
2. Promotion duration: 12/04/2024 to 31/07/2024.
3. The promotion is applicable to new and existing clients of Taysmond Real Estate.
4. Clients considering purchasing properties at Aphrodite Hills Resort may participate in TRY BEFORE BUY program by signing up and renting Aphrodite Hills’ villas, junior villas or apartments.
5. Clients are entitled to reimbursement of the rental expenses in Aphrodite Hills Resort (up to 1 month) under TRY BEFORE BUY program in the event of purchasing a Property* (Detached Villa, Junior Villa or Apartment) at the Resort from Taysmond real estate.
* The eligible new properties include Poseidon Grand Villas and Dionysus Greens (offering Detached Villas, Junior Villas, and Apartments). Resale properties may also be considered eligible upon request, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
6. In the event of renting a Detached Villa and purchasing a Junior Villa or an Apartment a client is entitled for reimbursement of rental expenses in the amount equal to the rental price of a Junior Villa or an Apartment, respectively as per public rates of Aphrodite Hills rental companies.
7. In the event of purchasing a higher class property, i.e. renting a Junior Villa and purchasing a Detached Villa, a client is entitled for reimbursement of actual rental expenses incurred.
8. Taysmond Real Estate reserves the rights to terminate, change or otherwise deal with the promotion at any time it deems appropriate without prior notice to the clients. Taysmond Real Estate shall take no liabilities for any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense incurred by any person; however arise, in relation to this promotion.
